This Privacy Policy describes how the Finger My Phone iOS application (“the app”) handles your information. The app is developed and maintained by Kyle Carroll (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The app is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not build user profiles, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your information for advertising.
The Finger My Phone app does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
All options, scores, and finger touches used within the app exist only in memory on your device and are not sent to our servers, because we do not operate any servers for this app.
Finger My Phone offers an optional in-app purchase to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details (such as credit card information or billing address).
We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.) into the app.
Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and basic usage information if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in your device settings. These reports do not include personally identifiable information and are used only to diagnose issues and improve app stability and performance.
Finger My Phone is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, it is suitable for shared use in family or group settings.
The app does not create an online account or store your data on our servers. Any information you enter (such as player names or scores) is stored locally on your device and may be removed at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data via your device settings.
The app itself does not display external web content or third-party links. However, the App Store listing and this privacy policy are hosted externally (for example, on kylecarroll.com). Those websites may have their own privacy policies and practices.
Because the app does not collect personal information or use third-party tracking, there is no in-app data collection to opt out of. If you wish to stop using the app entirely, you can delete it from your device at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any changes.
